I’ve been there. In the midst of chaos, disconnection, and frustration knowing in my gut there was a better way. I didn’t know how to navigate it, so I called in a Coach who asked bold questions to support my decision making ability, challenged my exhausted ways of thinking, supported me through the discomfort of the truth, and celebrated with me on the otherside of integration.
Over the past decade I have tested and trialed hundreds of strategies and practical tools to perform well in business and life. I want to support you in getting to the solution faster and with more clarity.
My purpose is to hold a safe, grounded, and open-minded space for organisations, teams, and individuals to face their complex challenges and expand their thinking and curiosity. Working together to break down hurdles into actionable steps to move from reactive to proactive. Ready and seeking opportunities to build a more conscious and regenerative future of work.

With 15 years professional experience in the US and APAC regions as an architect and client-side project manager I have extensive experience leading teams, asking potent questions, and implementing improvement. As an organisational coach, I empower organisations, teams, and individuals in the Construction and Property industries to embrace their potential by addressing the root causes of their challenges. I contribute a human-centric and focused approach to help clients achieve the visions they’ve been ‘too busy’ to pursue.
I know the challenges that the Property and Construction industry face first-hand as an architect and client-side project manager, working between the worlds of construction and property. And also second-hand, as the wife of a former ground engineering construction manager to a global company. From the long hours to meet tight deadlines, the static systems, to workplace discrimination, bullying, and senior leadership’s hesitancy to adapt.
I had a choice: run away or contribute to the solution. While the challenges are abundant, there is hope! I am motivated by the vision of Property and Construction Industry recognising that the complex challenges of tomorrow need curious and intentional leaders. Humans that are brave enough to say goodbye to ‘business as usual’, and hello to a more regenerative approach.
My point of difference is that I will roll up my sleeves and do the courageous work. Ask the questions others are too uncomfortable to ask, highlight the truths that need to be heard, and ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute.
