1. All strategy is tailored to your specific situation. I do not apply a blueprint to every client situation. I’ve tested this for myself and the organisations I have worked in and understand there is far greater opportunity in tapping into the diversity and only-ness of our situations than following a rule book.
2. My experience is cross-sector meaning I have gained perspectives from various vantage points and the agility to move between them and cross-polinate approaches when assessing situations.
3. My point of difference is that I will roll up my sleeves and do the courageous work. Ask the questions others are too uncomfortable to ask, highlight the truths that need to be heard, and ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute.
4. I walk the talk. I have a community of coaches and wellness practitioners that I see routinely (and have for 10 years!) so that I can keep bringing my best self to support you in all our interactions.
