let’s collaborate
Take ownership.
Remove interference.
Create a living system.
Can you feel it? The way we live & work is no longer sustainable.
Today’s challenges and constant demand for production and our attention is taking their toll on our focus, leadership, performance, relationships, and our well-being.
This deserves your conscious and intentional action.
Are you ready to create a living system?
Organisational Design
A fresh set of eyes on your organisation’s operations and processes. This whole-system approach is designed to assess, design, implement, and evaluate.
- Who is this for?
Conscious leaders who:
- You started a business doing what you loved. It grew quickly and now you’re in over your head and struggling to manage it all.
- You are starting your own business and you’ve got a lot of work to do.
- Your organisation culture is amazing, but the structure is starting to cause frustration for you and your team.
- Your offer and service is impeccable, but your company culture is fragile.
- You have run a successful business for a long time and now you want to reduce reliance on you
- What's Included
A 10-week partnership to deep dive into your organisation’s inner operations. Organisational strategy + Team Workshops + 1:1 Sessions.
Want to maintain momentum with a trusted partner in your corner whenever you need one? No problem. Access to me year round is available through a continuity program.
- How it Works
1. Discovery
I meet you where you, your team, or organisation are at. We connect as humans. I learn about your context: the good, bad, and ugly and what future lights you up.
2. Analysis
The information collected is reviewed in detail. Here I connect dots, identify patterns, and bring them to your awareness. Areas of focus are identified and we establish a baseline understanding of the overall health of the situation.
3. Strategy
Your road map for decision making. We create a strategy through exploration, ideation, and full life cycle assessment. Resources are allocated and timeframes established.
4. Implementation
Testing, trialing, and data collection. Measure and review the impact the decisions and approaches are having. Revise and correct. Revisit strategy routinely to create a more resilient pathway.
5. Performance
With eyes wide open, the opportunities now represent themselves to you, your team, and your organisation. You are now equipped to navigate and iterate (this is key!) with confidence.
- Why this?
Leaders like you don’t know everything, but you do know how to find a way forward. Think of organisational design as your creative partner to cultivate insight to move forward to places you never thought you would, or get there faster than you ever thought you would.
- The Details
1. Investment: 10-week immersion or monthly continuity packages available to suit your organisation’s needs.
2. Payment Options: Full payment or monthly payments.
3. Guarantee: 30-day full refund if it’s not the right fit.
4. Limited Spots: Only 10 spots available.
Tend Your Ecosystem
Workshops
A visual mapping experience that brings your whole system into view, surfacing the patterns, tensions, and connections that shape how your system actually operates.
- Who is this for?
Leaders, teams, and organisations changing systems or aspiring to while feeling the blockages. People who want attunement and sense-making, not self-improvement.
- What's Included?
Guided visual mapping of your ecosystem. Structured exercises and embodied practices that surface connections, locate agency, and identify what’s serving the system and what’s ready to be let go. Integration tools combining systems thinking with somatic awareness.
- How It Works
1. Mapping
We begin by mapping your ecosystem together, people, patterns, pressures, and possibilities laid out visually so the whole picture emerges.
2. Observation
From there we locate what’s flowing, what’s snagging, and what’s ready to shift.
3. Embodiment
The session moves between structured reflection, embodied practice, and collective sense-making.
4. Clarity
Closing with clear intentions for what to tend next.
5. Integration
The workshop isn’t where this experience ends, rather where it takes root. You now have the map, language, and strategies to adapt your ecosystem as conditions evolve over time.
- Why this?
The most important things in any system are often invisible. They’re the patterns, fractures, and interdependencies that shape everything but rarely get named. This workshop makes them visible, so you can tend what matters and let go of what doesn’t.
- The Details
Delivered in-person and online.

Sarah’s analytical abilities to take a complex structure and break it down into its simplest forms without compromising its integrity was refreshing. These were skills that I had not learned in the 20 years prior in my own career, but ones that I carry forth and utilise to this day.”
